1. Consigned Items

The consignor confirms they are the legal owner of all items submitted and have the right to consign them. All items will be reviewed and entered into the consignor’s inventory account. Woosahh Fashions Inc. reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet store quality, condition, or style standards.

2. Consignment Period

Local drop-off items will remain on the sales floor for 1 month from the date they are processed. Shipped items will remain on the sales floor for 3 months from the date they are processed. After this period, items will be removed from the sales floor and the consignor will be notified.

3. Shipping Items (Optional)

If items are shipped to Woosahh Fashions Inc., the consignor must include a signed copy of this contract and complete the online consignment form with shipping details and tracking information. The consignor is responsible for all shipping costs and for any loss or damage during transit. Woosahh Fashions Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

4. Sale & Proceeds

The consignor receives 50% of the final sale price of sold items. Payments will be issued by Email Money Transfer (E-transfer) to the email provided by the consignor. The consignor is responsible for providing the correct email address and any fees related to unaccepted or cancelled transfers.

5. Item Pickup

When items are removed from the sales floor, the consignor will be notified by email. Unsold items must be collected within 7 business days of notification. Items not picked up within this timeframe will be considered donated to Woosahh Fashions Inc. A friend or family member may collect items with prior authorization.

6. Liability

Woosahh Fashions Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, or damage to consigned items while they are in the store or on display.

7. Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. This agreement replaces all previous consignment agreements with Woosahh Fashions Inc.
