1. Consigned Items

Consignor guarantees that they legally and beneficially own all items and have full rights to consign them. Items will be appraised and entered into the Consignor's account inventory. Woosahh Fashions Inc. reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet quality standards.

2. Shipping Items (Optional)

If consignor is shipping items to Woosahh Fashions Inc., it is required that they print this contract and include it in the shipment. Consignor must also complete our online consignment form, including shipping carrier, tracking number, and other required details. Consignor is responsible for shipping costs and any loss or damage in transit. Woosahh Fashions Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

3. Sale & Proceeds

Consignor will receive 50% of proceeds from sold items, credited to their account. Payment will be made via email money transfer (E-transfer) to the email address provided by the consignor. Consignor is responsible for providing the correct email and covering any bank fees associated with unaccepted, cancelled, or reissued E-transfers.

4. Item Pickup & Forfeiture

Woosahh Fashions Inc. will notify the consignor via email when items are pulled from the sales floor. Consignor must pick up unsold items within 7 business days of notification. Items not collected within 7 business days will be considered donated to Woosahh Fashions Inc. A friend or family member may pick up items with prior authorization; provide their name in advance.

5. Liability

Woosahh Fashions Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items while in store or during display.

6. Terms & Updates

The terms of this agreement may be updated periodically; consignors will be notified. This contract replaces all previous consignment agreements with Woosahh Fashions Inc.
